After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability and the situation.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), HealthBeautyMart will cover the return shipping cost

- Orders can be canceled before shipping
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
